CVSA's Community Education Campaign for the SDGs

It is a CALL TO ACTION for IMPLEMENTATION of

the 2030 SDGs in the U.S, as well as the rest of the world!

Download the official 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development document from this site:  “Transforming Our World: 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was adopted by all 193 member nations of the UN, including the United States, in a unanimous vote in September 2015 pledging to achieve these 17 indivisable and universal Goals in every nation by 2030 in order to build a sustainable world for all.

YOU can play a key role in achieving the transformative
2030 Goals starting in your own community.

The organization you volunteer with likely already does significant work aligned with one or more of these Goals! Publicize that - we can give you the tools -  and partner with others towards achieving these Goals. Let people know you endorse the 2030 SDGs and you need their help to achieve them!

Join CVSA in Promoting the
2030 Sustainable Development Goals

Most countries in the world are taking this agenda seriously and pursuing the achievement of the 17 interrelated Goals.

The US media and U.S. national level government are not promoting the need for the 2030 Goals in the U.S. and are not pursuing their achievement as agreed to. Yet, the 2030 SDGs provide a plan of action for the systemic solutions to the CLIMATE CRISIS, POVERTY, INEQUALITY and all of the economic, social and environmental problems that we face, through an all-of society approach.

It is up to us to promote the 2030 SDGs, mobilize for them, and keep government at all levels accountable to them!

CVSA launched the first U.S. Peoples' Report on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development during the 2023 High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development at UN Headquarters July 10 through 19, 2023.

CVSA can provide you with tools and training on how to promote the
2030 SDGs through the work your organization, school or workplace
is already doing.

Education Campaign
for the Implementation

of the 2030 SDGs

There has been no coverage in the mainstream US media explaining the 2030 Goals to the public, and little public acknowledgement or discussion of the 17 universal Goals by U.S. political leaders.

In early 2016, CVSA began a grassroots COMMUNITY EDUCATION CAMPAIGN for the IMPLEMENTATION of the SDGs in the U.S.,  to involve community-based nongovernment organizations, nonprofits serving people in need, faith organizations, schools and businesses in making the 2030 SDGs in the U.S. known and a reality.

The leadership and impetus for the implementation of the 2030 SDGs has to come from those of us “on the ground” who have been addressing these needs and problems for decades.

CVSA looks forward to enabling more organizations in the US to join forces in promoting these Goals for implementation here in the US as well as around the world.

Together we are building a groundswell — from the grasroots up — for the implementation of the 2030 SDGs as a priority in all our communities, our nation and the world.

Call us today to discuss ways CVSA can assist you in this campaign for people and planet.
We are stonger when working together!
